Scoring

0–2 Yes Answers: Low likelihood of dry eye. Symptoms may be situational or due to another issue.

3–5 Yes Answers: Moderate symptoms. You may have mild to moderate dry eye. A check-up is a good idea.

6 or more Yes Answers: High likelihood of dry eye syndrome. It’s advisable to consult an eye care provider.
